We are pleased to announce that we are once again supporting Community Information and Support Cranbourne (CISC) with its annual Christmas drive.
CISC has been providing important support services to the expanding Casey South Community for over 40 years. including information, referral, negotiation, financial and personal counselling as well as a No Interest Loans scheme.
Most significantly, CISC also provides emergency relief in the form of food vouchers and hampers, chemist and petrol vouchers, educational assistance, toiletries and more.
CISC has supported our community in diverse and numerous ways:
Provided 439 food parcels $8,600 worth of essential medication $401,000 worth of food and petrol vouchers $11,350 to assist with short term car registrations Assisted 175 families and provided $34,800 to keep children in education
Demand for these crisis support services grows rapidly each year, CISC also:
Received 25,924 requests for assistance Removed $165,000 worth of debt from struggling families Provided aid to 143 clients with complex financial and paralegal issues Provided counseling to over 300 individuals, couples, families and children

Food Toys Toiletries Gift Vouchers Sport and outdoor equipment Technology or music-related gifts such as headphones, speakers etc.
Please be advised that due to safety protocols, second-hand donations cannot be accepted. We kindly ask that all food donations be long-life, require no refrigeration and can be opened without a can opener. In regards to toys, we also ask that teddy bears not be donated, as teddies can often become a health hazard if they are not stored in a safe and dry location.
