It's been another incredible year of growth and progress here at Canopy at Amstel! We're thrilled to share some of the highlights from 2024 as our community continues to flourish.

Welcoming New Residents

A warm Canopy welcome to the 19 new residents who moved in this year! With the construction of the last residential stage now complete, we're excited to see even more families make Canopy their home in the coming months. And with 34 new homes approved, there's a perfect home waiting for everyone.

Green Spaces Galore

Canopy is truly living up to its name! We've planted 231 new trees this year, adding to the already lush environment. All parks, wetlands, and waterways are now 100% complete, providing stunning natural spaces for residents to enjoy. Whether you're strolling through the completed Pocket Park and Waterway in Stage 11, or exploring the beautifully landscaped streetscapes of Stages 12, 14, and 15, there's always a tranquil spot to connect with nature.

Building for the Future

Stage 16 is taking shape with 33 new lots delivered, including 9 stylish townhomes. With all lots titled and 475 metres of fresh asphalt laid down, this new phase of Canopy is ready to welcome its first residents.
